Waiver Entry Update

From now on when you enter waivers you need to add the "Customer ID" number to the form.  We have updated the waivers and added a spot to write the customer number at the bottom but they will not be implemented until we have to print new waivers.  For now just write the Customer ID number just above the internal use box labeled "Entered By:".  It will be the 5 digit number at the top of each customer information page in the POS system.  Please see the photos below for examples of what the POS system and the new forms look like.

Also, we will be updating all the old waivers with the customer numbers.  I anticipate this taking a few months but it will give you plenty of work to do during the slow times of the day.  If we can get 100 entered a day it should get done in a reasonable time.
