RC Cars

I have had a recent request to let a customer drive his RC car in the skatepark.  I told him this would only be acceptable is there was no one else in the skatepark.  Please read the email I sent him posted below:

Ben,
I am fine with you driving your RC car at the park as long as the park is entirely empty.  There are many reasons I cannot let you drive when anyone else is around but more than anything it has to do with our insurance.  If anything were to happen to any park participants while you were driving your RC car it would void our policy should they decide to seek legal action.  You can call the park during off peak times (mon-thur, 10am-3pm) to see if the park is empty.  If it is you are welcome to drive your car on the course.  If anyone shows up to use the park during that time you will be asked to leave and depending on the time you are here we may or may not issue you a refund.  I apologize for it being this way but the priority is our skate/bmx participants.  I will be posting this on our staff blog so everyone that works here will know the situation.  Thanks for contacting me, have a happy new year.
