Sales Tax

We are now charging sales tax on everything we sell.  This goes for sessions, helmet rentals, bike and board rentals, all nighters, birthday parties, etc.  This is now required by the state and we must comply.  If anyone complains please tell them to contact the Missouri Department of Revenue if they have any questions.  We have been fighting this for over a year and we have no choice.  Offer them an apology but let them know that is is entirely out of our hands.

Wing Stop/Imo's Coupons

We will be running 1/2 price session coupons with Wing Stop and Imos for a limited time. The coupons will expire on 5/31/12. Please use SKU 145339 when ringing in the coupon and place the coupon under the cash tray to be put with the receipts at the end of the night.

Register Closing Form

Please print the linked form (with the receipt printer) and fill it out every time you close the register at the end of the night. Place the form in the envelope with the cash, receipts, etc.

Check the Expiration Date!

Please check the expiration date on coupons that come in. The "Ad Pages ONE FREE SESSION Coupon" expired over a month ago and it is still being redeemed. Do not except coupons that are expired.

Ad Pages Coupons

We put coupons in the latest Ad Pages mailer that is going to all of St. Charles and some of Illinois. There are 4 coupons in total and are all pretty self explanatory. Each one will have its own SKU in the system and can be rang up accordingly. The only thing you need to do that is out of the ordinary is ask them for their zip code so you can write it on the back of the coupon before putting it in the drawer. Also, do you best to prevent the same person from using multiple free session coupons, if you are unsure but think they have used one in the past you can run a report under their name and see if they have redeemed one yet. These expire on 8/28 and we will most likely have more printed after that with different expiration dates on them.
